We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with the room and bathroom being extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, including the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The location of the hotel was easy to reach by public transport, with the train station nearby and easy access to the Christmas Markets.
